Cancellation

Simply email us to support@jailphones.net. Your account will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle and therefore your account will NOT be billed again, and also we will keep your number available for up to thirty days in case you decide to come back.

Refund

Valid for Refund

  • If Jail Phones was NOT able to provide you any number (local or closer to your inmate’s facility than where you are currently located).

  • Duplicate transactions due to system error.

  • In the event you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above; Jail Phones will process refund of the amount less the monthly fee which begins immediately from activation of your account and charge of credit card. Refunds may take up to 14 days.

  • Invalid for Refund

  • Jail Phones will not refund after the number has been issued and verified.

  • A change of heart does not constitute a refund. However, if you would like to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can stop recurring charges.

  • PPP to any facility failed to provide you the connection – This is out of Jail Phones's control.

  • If the customer has problems with the PPP of the jail and or the PPP’s services, Jail Phones will not issue a refund or credits due to customers; instead the PPP of your corresponding jail/prison will be solely responsible for any claims or refund that will arise from that event.
